At PaxterLifesciences, we prioritize corporate social responsibility and public service. Our goal is to promote good health, social development, and awareness through various programs. We believe that economic performance is not the only important factor for business growth; environmental and social stewardship are equally important.
We strive to integrate our business values and operations to meet the expectations of our stakeholders, including communities around our manufacturing facilities and those employed by our contractors and suppliers. We want to make sure that they benefit from our presence in their neighborhoods.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we aim to undertake programs that have a meaningful impact on society. We have a CSR policy that outlines our objectives, implementation guidelines, monitoring of CSR programs, and reviews. Some of our initiatives include:
Healthcare
Promoting health care including preventive health care through awareness programs, Health check-ups, Provision of medicine & treatment facilities.
During Covid -19 Pandemic, PaxterLifesciences has launched Mobile Medical Unit with the purpose of providing free Hand Sanitizers and Masks to Police and Healthcare workers who are doing their duty with dedication and devotion towards humanity. Additionally regular health check-up camps and blood donation camps are also organized.
Helping Hands for Senior Citizens and Differently abled
We have collaborations with many organizations across the country to support Senior Citizens and Differently abledpatients. One of our major social collaboration has been with the “Tara Cares” foundation and every year we financially support them for wellbeing of Senior Citizens and Differently abledpatients.
Education
Promoting education especially among children by supporting schools with necessary infrastructure. Paxter Lifesciences also supports children from economically difficult backgrounds by providing scholarships.
Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women
Paxter conducts regular awareness programs at nearby communities to promote gender equality and empowerment of women.
Environmental Sustainability
We carry out regular tree plantation programs to ensure environmental sustainability and ecological balance.
